Colon Hydrotherapy is one of the safest ways of removing toxic waste from the body by cleansing the colon, which is where such waste accumulates. The process consists of infusing filtered warm water into the colon by means of a speculum. It is different from an enema in that colon hydrotherapy uses approximately 10 gallons of water rather than the 1-1.5 quarts used in an enema. . It is different from using laxatives because, although laxatives can accelerate evacuation, they do not cleanse in the same way. Laxatives may even irritate the colon.

ABOUT JILL WAIS
Compassion, warmth, and mastery of the technology and
techniques of colon hydrotherapy has allowed me to build a
practice that serves women and men of all ages and backgrounds.
This is work I truly love — to facilitate the restoration of health in
my clients is a great joy to me. This enables me to show up
whole-heartedly and form trusting relationships with my clients which
are essential to successfully helping them attain their therapeutic goals.
Over the past nine years, I have worked as a colon hydrotherapist at some of the top Wellness Centers in Manhattan, while pursuing freelance work as a body ecology
coach and personal trainer. I have performed colonic treatments using the
FDA-approved Dotolo machine or woods gravity method, depending on client
preference, used abdominal massage and essential oils, incorporated coffee and chlorophyll implants in the treatment, used sterile disposable single-use tubing,
worked closely with a registered nurse colon therapist and constipation specialist.
